An evening peak with lots of customisation: faultless and faster via the kiosk.

Taking down a pitta with the right sauce, the right meat and the right toppings on a busy evening is bound to go wrong at some point. On the kiosk, every option sits clearly on screen. What the customer taps is exactly what shows up on the ticket.

Verbal ordering was the bottleneck. Self-service on screen removes it.

    Intake call

    We review the modifier structure: pitta type, meat choice, sauces, toppings, extras. We pick how many kiosks next to the counter work best for the evening peak.

    POS partner alignment

    Connection to the existing POS, with the full modifier tree (meat → sauce → topping → extras) validated in the right order.

    Setup and connection

    Ordering kiosks installed next to the counter, plugged straight into the POS. Staff trained briefly: the ticket comes out of the POS as always, they prepare.

    Go live

    First evening peak run with technical backup on hand. From the second service, the shop runs autonomously.
